Was awarded the Silver Hardhat Award for the Outstanding Private Project in Colorado – 2003.
· Directing Site Inspections / Quality Control: Collaborated with employers / architects / owners; held project meetings, abided by deadlines, consistently, to erect a structural steel and precast over 5 existing buildings - while access was blocked off by excavation of 40 ft. underground precast parking garage. Held daily inspections, determined to develop a tower crane plan (using 2 Potain MD 485 Tower Cranes). The completed construction of 20,000 pound pieces of structural and 22, 000 pound pieces of precast - was simultaneous, while constructing the underground parking garage.
· Cost Controlling / Client Satisfaction: Ensured workmanship conformed to specifications and adherence to construction schedules; kept to budget 100% and on-time with each project. Developed trainings for Areas Superintendents and managed production reporting, safety audits, 4-week look ahead schedule and manpower reporting, resulting in 2 Project Area Superintendents have built skills to move to Project Superintendents, client satisfaction realized was 100%, as well.
